  • 12-02-07  --  AMPAIN, GHANA --  Workers construct new toilets at the Ampain Refugee Camp in Ghana on February 7.  Currently, every single existing facility requires the user to  step up at least one stair, making them inaccessible to many of the camp's disabled inhabitants.
