Fuel Smugglers at home

12-01-21 -- LOME, TOGO -- Illegal fuel sellers in Lomé, Togo. To ensure their stock, worth hundreds of dollars stays secure, members of the group take turns living in the small one-room building with the gasoline. They say they have to be constantly on guard. "At any time the police will come and surprise you. If no bribe is given, everything is seized and we will be jailed."
